Our cottages and Premium RV sites are available year-round. Reservations and confirmations are handled the same as those done during season. However, for drive-up booking or short notice reservation, we gladly will accept cash, although be advised that during the off-season, the campground office in un-manned. If you need to pay by cash, please make arrangements prior to your arrival.
Will I receive a confirmation notice?
Yes, upon completing your reservation, we will send you a confirmation letter or email detailing your booking. Please review it carefully for accuracy. If everything is in order, sign the confirmation and return to us by mail to Wolfpen Campground, 711 Petros, Mena, AR 71953, or by fax to 1-479-394-2581.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to our limited availabilities, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore it is necessary for us to honor a strict cancellation policy.
Cottages: Cancellations less than 20 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. If the reservation is being held by a credit card, the card will be charged the full amount of the scheduled stay. Reservations cancelled more than 20 days from date of arrival will recieve a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. (During holiday or special events the cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival or the card will be charged the full amount.
Cabins: Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. If the reservation is being held by a credit card, the card will be charged the full amount of the scheduled stay. Reservations cancelled more than 14 days will recieve a full refund less a $15 cancellation fee. (During holiday or special events, the cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival or the card will be charged the full amount.)
RV's and Tents: Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. If the reservation is being held by a credit card, the card will be charged the full amount of the scheduled stay. Reservations cancelled more than 7 days from date of arrival will receive a full refund. (During holiday or special events the cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival or the card will be charged the full amount.)
Mack's creek runs in front of the campgound. Some of the sites are next to, or just a short walking distance to the creek.
We sell a few grocery items, ice and souvenirs in our office store. The Mena area has a WalMart Super Center and James' Grocery Store (which also has a floral department . We have a good selection of restaurants from fast food to steak houses, mexican food and seafood.
Where is the closes place to get fuel?
The closest place to get fuel is in Mena, 10 miles from the campground.
