When is payment due, how do I pay, and how do I know my reservation is secured?

, Cabins, RV's, Tents (In season)
Secured Reservations: upon booking your reservation, we will need a valid credit card number in order to hold the reservation until arrival.  You may certainly pay with a different credit card or with cash or personal check when once you arrive.
If you prefer not to use a credit card to secure a reservation, a personal or business check or money order for full payment may be sent to us within 30 days of the reservation being booked.  Please note that
the reservation will be released if a check is not received within the 30-day time frame.
Credit Card: For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard.  If you choose to hold your reservation by credit card, we will fax, mail or email you a reservation invoice.  you will need to complete this by filling in  your credit card number, expiration date, 3 digit security number, type of card, name as listed on card and signature of cardholder.  The signed receipt must be returned to us 30 days prior to your arrival where applicable. Reservations will be held in the name of the cardholder.  Upon receipt of the reservation invoice, we will mail, email or fax you a confirmation.  Please review the dates of arrival and departure for accuracy, and call us if there are any discrepancies. If you have secured your reservation with a credit card and wish upon arrival to pay with another credit card instead, it is your responsiblity to bring your copy of your reservation invoice to alter this transaction.
For Cottages  Only, a security deposit will be held on your reservation invoice, but will not be billed to your credit card if our property is left as you found it.
Personal or Business Checks:  If you prefer to pay by check, we will email, mail or fax to you a confirmation upon receipt of the check.  Please review the dates of arrival and departure for accuracy and call us if there are any discrepancies.  Due to the unpredictability of the mail service, it is your responsibility to follow up on the status of your reservation.  If we have not received your payment 30 days prior to your arrival, your reservation will be cancelled.
Cash: If you have secured your reservation with a credit card and wish upon arrival to pay with cash, it is your responsibility to bring a copy of your reservation invoice to alter this transaction.

*****Note:  If you book more than 1 site (multi-sites), you will be required to make payment in full either by credit card, check or money order at time you make reservations. *****
