Cottage Rates

• $125 per night/2 adults (plus tax)
• 4 or more days: $100 per night/2 adults ( plus tax)
• $15 for each additional adult, maximum of 4 adults per night
• $25 cleaning fee charged if only staying 1 night (plus 8% Arkansas sales tax)
• Security Deposit Required
