• Cottages - Rates

	$125 per night/2 adults (plus tax)
	4 or more days:  $100 per night/2 adults ( plus tax)
	$15 for each additional adult, maximum of 4 adults per night.
	$25 cleaning fee charged if only staying 1 night (plus 8% Arkansas sales tax)
	Security Deposit Required

*No Smoking and No Pets permitted in cottages.
